Carmel commission authorizes $25,000 for spring facade grant round

Staff said they will evaluate applications using a scoring sheet tied to preservation standards and will recommend awards up to the authorized total; commissioners noted they may approve additional funds if the portfolio of qualifying applications exceeds the initial cap.
