Several zoning and operational code changes received first-passage approval or were referred to the planning board for recommendation. The council also approved a professional-services amendment for green infrastructure work with Fuss & O'Neill (25-R-18) and authorized cancellation of certain prorated homestead tax amounts (25-R-17).
