Planning staff told the board the Riverfront Stakeouts project must be revised after staff-level plan review found the project's pilings were positioned to the property line and would have produced several feet of overhang beyond the parcel. Staff said the developer reduced the building footprint and must submit updated engineering documents for plan review; until those updated documents are received, the project is on hold and the board has not received a new application packet.
