Gary Tyson, a Jefferson County resident, told the Jefferson County Planning Commission on Feb. 12, 2025, that the rezoning application for 7994 West 108th Avenue contains “many misrepresentations, lies, and cons” and asked commissioners to delay any decision until the county receives a complete, accurate application.
