The Cherokee Nation Tribal Council approved 15 motions and resolutions during its February meeting, voting to confirm multiple appointments, amend tribal code sections, temporarily reauthorize the Cherokee Artist Recovery Act, amend the Cherokee Nation Emergency Management Act and adopt a modification to the fiscal year 2025 operating budget.
