Human services: LIHEAP application window closed; payments continuing

Jennifer Kirby presented the human services report and answered council questions on LIHEAP eligibility and payments. Kirby confirmed the LIHEAP application deadline closed in December and said payments "have been continually going out since probably several months back." She added that staff are processing applications that came in last month, approving complete applications and notifying applicants if documents are missing or applications are incomplete.
