IPRTF coordinates data inventory with Village Reach; index committee to centralize dashboard work

Bertie (index committee representative) said the index committee has formed a work group to inventory available data and is awaiting a document from Julia Garrett of Village Reach so members can populate and share findings. Raylene (IPRTF member) and other subcommittee chairs said Village Reach and the index committee already have overlapping lists of indicators and that a shared Microsoft document would help coordinate work.
Why it matters: Members identified data centralization as critical to building metrics for reentry, behavioral health and court‑system projects and to avoid “siloed” data collection that wastes staff time.
Participants said Kayla received information about a dashboard used in Thurston County that could serve as a model. Members agreed to meet with criminal-justice staff to narrow the datasets that are feasible to collect and to coordinate with subcommittee chairs so everyone uses a shared inventory.
Next steps: Julia Garrett (Village Reach) is expected to post the shared document for members to edit; the index committee will inventory datasets and report back to the IPRTF.
