Executive Committee funds NCSL, CSG West and Education Commission; drops Energy Council
The Executive Committee approved funding for national membership dues for the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Council of State Governments West and the Education Commission of the States, and declined to fund the Energy Council. The vote split 4–2 with two absences noted in the roll call.

The Executive Committee of the Legislative Council on Tuesday approved a package of organizational dues for fiscal year 2025–26, allocating $250,754 to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), $162,081 to the Council of State Governments West (CSG West), $77,300 to the Education Commission of the States (ECS), and $0 to the Energy Council.
