Pullman council adopts new right-of-way permit code; approves fee schedule with lower insurance requirement

After weeks of outreach and an extended public comment period, the Pullman City Council adopted a new right-of-way use ordinance and a companion fee resolution, setting standardized permit types, processing fees and insurance requirements for sidewalk cafes, events and other uses of public sidewalks and streets.
