Supervisor Adams expressed concern about approving midyear expenditures that had been declined in the CIP, but supported the motion reluctantly because the combined procurement produced notable savings. The motion authorizes the county to use the leftover school project funds to pay the final cost of the Monroe Community Center window replacements and to move excess debt-service budget into the Monroe project; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
