Committee introduces bill clarifying LPN duties under RN delegation
The Idaho House Health and Welfare Committee introduced RS 31965, which replaces vague statutory language about RNs "contributing to" LPN duties with more specific wording to allow LPNs to perform delegated assessments, sponsor Representative Dore Healy said. The measure was introduced by voice vote.
