Meridian — Leila Klopfenstein, representing Compass (the Treasure Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization), told the Meridian Transportation Commission Feb. 3 that Compass will host educational briefings on road‑usage charge programs and will open public comment on the Let's Ride Treasure Valley high‑capacity transit study from Feb. 10 through March 2.
