Environmental Services staff presented a conditional‑use application by applicants identified as Laurie McGregor and associates to establish a 21‑site RV campground on a non‑riparian lot on Eleventh Crow Wing Lake in or adjacent to the city of Akeley. The parcel is next to the city campground. The application returns to the board because the prior permit, approved about three years earlier, was not activated and therefore was deemed null and void.
