The commission voted 5–0 on Feb. 3 to table indefinitely a preliminary site plan application for the Haggard Farm Almanac Edition (Block A Lots 24; 19.8 acres north of Pine Haven Drive). Donna Sepulvedo, lead planner with the Planning Department, said the applicant requested the tabling because of financing issues. The applicant was participating by Zoom (Maddie Pritchard, listed in the record), and no public speakers registered.
