CDS outlines comprehensive-plan update; staff recommends medium population projection for 2046
Kittitas County Community Development Services presented a draft charter, public participation plan and recommended using the state HAP tool with the medium projection for housing need to 2046. Staff said they will present numbers to cities and the regional council for review.

Chad Beyla, director of Community Development Services, told commissioners the department has drafted a project charter and a public participation plan for a major comprehensive-plan update and will bring those documents back to the board for final approval.
