The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners met in a regularly scheduled session and approved a series of routine planning, permitting, procurement and administrative items, including zoning and plat approvals, multiple utility-crossing permits, the letting and tabling of bids, a $200,000 transfer to the County Road and Bridge Improvement Fund, and three resolutions concerning county transportation priorities and board appointments.
