Iconic Homes representatives presented preliminary plans on Jan. 27 for a multi‑phase residential development at 154 Miami Ave, a roughly five‑acre site at the corner of West Harrison and South Miami Avenue. The project, called Tecumseh Ridge, would be built in three phases: five single‑family detached homes on the lower tier ("Warrior Way"), three larger detached homes on the upper tier, and four single‑family attached row homes along South Miami.
