Boulder County commissioners approved SE24‑0002 on Jan. 9 to recognize a 3.5‑acre parcel at 468 Riverside Drive as a legal building lot. The approval follows a survey that showed portions of the existing residence and septic system encroached into county right‑of‑way, and an intervening right‑of‑way vacation application by the property owners.
