Charter commission adopts article-by-article study schedule, plans invitations to county officials

Vice Chair Jennifer Wright and other commissioners outlined a roadmap that organizes the review by charter article (executive powers, elections, financial administration, personnel and other topics). Commissioners said the approach is intended to help the public follow the commission’s work, provide invited officials time to prepare answers, and allow commissioners to submit focused questions in advance.
