The City of Cheyenne announced a public hearing to consider the downtown development area plan on Feb. 10, 2025. The hearing will be held in City Council Chambers at 2101 O'Neil Avenue and accessible via electronic conference in accordance with Wyoming Statute 15-9-208(c), the city announced at its Jan. 27 meeting.
