Franklin County Commission approves routine orders including dispatch contract, work-zone enforcement and bridge change order

The Franklin County Commission on Jan. 28 approved a batch of commission orders covering law-enforcement dispatching, work-zone enforcement, a highway change order, retirement contributions and other routine items.
