The director of a state health-workforce program (agency name not specified in testimony) told the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Education the agency must move because its building was sold, and the agency requested a supplemental appropriation for FY 2025 to cover relocation and build-out costs. The director said the owner of the building has allowed the agency to remain in the building on a ground-floor retail space, but the move and fit-out costs remain.
