The board approved lifting 31 TDRs from the county-owned Fenwick (Fenwick/Fenwick Bridal legacy) parcel and authorized staff to sell any TDRs not reserved for Habitat for Humanity and a farmers market; proceeds must be used for agricultural land preservation and TDRs may only transfer to districts outside the Rural Preservation District.
