The Richland County Executive & Finance Committee on Jan. 14 voted to forward a package of items to the full county board, including a recommendation to adopt the county comprehensive plan, a consultant study contract for a reservoir, donation and transfer approvals for Simons Recreation Complex, UW‑Extension documents, broadband BEAD letters and a union contract.
