Aaron Clark, a representative of NextLINK Internet, told the York County Board of Commissioners that a new round of federally funded broadband work — administered by the state broadband office under what Clark called the “BEED program” — will use pre-defined project areas and will likely result in multiple providers building portions of service across York County.
