Probation seeks new trainee slot, authorizes grant pursuit for phone-forensics software
Warren County probation requested creation of a probation officer trainee position to fill an upcoming promotion and asked to apply for a grant from Operation Underground Railroad to buy Datapilot phone-forensics software. Warren County probation told the Public Safety & Emergency Services Committee on Jan. 21 it plans to create a probation officer trainee position to support a promotion to senior probation officer and to use existing funding from the vacant probation officer line to pay the trainee.
