Local activists urge climate action as county advances composting pilot and CSC work

Lisa Adamson, of the volunteer group North Country Earth Action, told the Warren County Board of Supervisors during public comment that she and a colleague will report quarterly on local climate-awareness efforts and offered to be a resource to municipalities.
