At the Jan. 13 meeting the committee moved to suspend the rules and consider agenda items 4 through 9 together. The motion carried, and the committee then moved to approve items 4–9 on a roll-call vote. Members voted in favor and the committee recorded the approvals; the approvals will be forwarded as recommendations to the Common Council for final action.
