Lane County sets second reading for code change allowing rental RVs in rural residential zones

The Lane County Board of Commissioners approved the first reading of Ordinance 2501 on Jan. 14 and set a second reading and public hearing for Jan. 28, 2025 at 11 a.m. The ordinance would amend Lane Code 16.290 (the rural residential zoning code) to allow recreational vehicles to be occupied as rental dwellings in the rural residential zone in compliance with Senate Bill 1013 and ORS 215.490.
