Elbert County adopts 2025 road construction standards to reflect rural practice
The Elbert County Board of County Commissioners adopted an updated 2025 edition of the county’s Construction Standards and Specifications to correct outdated requirements, align tables and text for rural collectors, and update references such as the Mile High Flood District. The measure passed unanimously at the Jan. 7 special meeting.
