The ACC approved a proposed relocation of propane tanks for a home project after the applicant said propane suppliers no longer allow tanks under enclosed decks and recommended the new location.

The ACC approved a request to relocate two vertical propane tanks to a side-yard location after the applicant said local propane suppliers will not install tanks beneath enclosed decks under current codes. Jay Young presented the change and said the location was chosen after consultation with Vander Yacht Propane and Northwest Propane.
