Dallas County Commissioners Court adopted a memorial resolution Jan. 7 honoring the life and public service of Sandra “Sandy” Wells, a transportation engineer who worked for TxDOT and the North Central Texas Council of Governments and served extensively in regional transportation planning and Habitat for Humanity volunteer work.
