The Structural Pest Control Board heard a petition Jan. 15 from George Mikhail asking to reinstate his revoked operator's license (OPR 11945). Mikhail, who said he has been in treatment and recovery since 2016, described inpatient and sober-living programs, ongoing participation in Narcotics Anonymous and a sobriety date of March 1, 2017.
