Structural Pest Control Board approves rulemaking steps for forms and extends timelines for complaint and informal conference procedures

The board voted to authorize non‑substantive updates to licensing and registration forms, to pursue a change to extend the complaint filing window for cases involving fraud, misrepresentation or gross negligence, and to lengthen staff notification time after informal conferences from 10 to 30 days.
