"House Bill 113 is just the annual codifiers bill. What it does is makes technical corrections for code sections or mistakes that are found throughout the Code every year," Scott said, adding that there are no substantive policy changes in the measure.
There was no public testimony at the hearing on the bill. A committee member moved the bill to the floor with a due-pass recommendation and the motion carried without recorded opposition in the transcript.
