The correction is net‑zero across two divisions and reallocates $2,400 from the State Highway Fund to the State Highway Dedicated Fund for the Division of Motor Vehicles and reallocates $92,000 from the State Highway Fund to the State Highway Dedicated Fund for the Highway Operations Division.
Representative Handy moved both adjustments; Senator Cook seconded. Both votes were unanimous in the House and Senate panels (20 ayes, 0 nays combined), and the motions will carry due‑pass recommendations.
