Committee clears technical corrections to maintenance bills; small FTP cap correction required roll call

Legislative staff presented and the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee approved technical edits to maintenance-bill language, including clarifications to K–12 program-transfer language, a correction to a health-and-human-services appropriation reference, and a numeric fix to the constitutional officers’ FTE cap (431.9).
