The Hall County Planning Commission on Feb. 17 voted to table a rezoning request from Revive Land Group LLC for 101.57 acres at Cornelia Highway (Highway 365) and Kegel Road. The applicant sought Residential Mixed (RX) zoning for a proposed 248-lot residential subdivision that would include cottage-home clusters and single-family product types under the county’s new RX regulations.
