The Nueces County Commissioners Court convened on Dec. 3 in the commissioner's courtroom and confirmed a quorum shortly after 9 a.m. The court opened the meeting with an invocation and the pledge of allegiance. Court officials said there were no public comments for items not listed on the agenda.
