Committee introduces bill asserting Medicaid providers may practice under legislatively authorized scopes

Representative Jordan Redmond introduced RS32089 to clarify that Medicaid should not limit practice authority granted by the legislature and licensing boards and to affirm that any legislatively authorized provider who completes a Medicaid provider agreement may provide covered services; the committee introduced the RS by voice vote.
