Roanoke City Council approves multiple funding measures, code changes and lease; authorizes EDA bond request

Roanoke City Council on Sept. 2 approved a package of funding and administrative actions including acceptance of reimbursement and grant funds, authorization of easements for a drainage project, a new library lease, acceptance of VDOT street payments and a request for future VDOT revenue sharing, and code amendments affecting public-safety and park operations.
