Cowlitz County Engineer Susan Eugene told county commissioners Thursday that the county’s six‑year transportation program for 2026–2031 lists roughly $142.5 million in potential projects, with the 2026 year alone estimated at about $23.8 million and nearly all 2026 funding secured.
