Committee advances final plat for Shivsegar Residential Subdivision on Commerce Center Boulevard
The Troy Law and Ordinance Committee unanimously recommended Oct. 13 that the final plat for the Shivsegar Residential Subdivision, a roughly 2.5-acre OR-1-zoned project of six lots on Commerce Center Boulevard, move forward after the Planning Commission’s unanimous approval Oct. 8.
