Following an executive session at the Oct. 2 meeting the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury voted to authorize a partial settlement and directed an attorney (Mr. Gabb) to execute related settlement documents.

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury met in executive session during its Oct. 2 meeting. After reconvening the jury recorded a motion to authorize a partial settlement as discussed in executive session and to authorize Mister Gabb to execute all settlement documents.
