Decatur County highway department reports recent paving, ongoing maintenance and salt bid

Highway Superintendent Todd Houck told commissioners the department completed contracted work, paved 350 West following railroad damage, opened Ridge 63 on 120 East and submitted a state bid for 300 tons of salt for winter; he reported few complaints on recent chip‑and‑seal work.
