The Battle Creek City Commission on Oct. 7 adopted ordinance 15-20-25, which amends Chapter 12.63 of the zoning code to allow more flexibility for sign sizes, adjust sign setback requirements, and establish a maximum size for directional signs that do not require permits in the Motor Mile area of West Dickman Road.
