Planning Commission backs conditional use permit for Ritter Meadows amenity building
The Lakeville City Planning Commission voted unanimously Oct. 2 to recommend City Council approval of a conditional use permit for a private recreation (amenity) building, including a pool and maintenance garage, for the Ritter Meadows townhouse development; the building will serve 135 townhomes and is subject to two stipulations.
