Planning staff report two pre-application projects: Rite Aid site and Diaz Meadows subdivision
City planning staff said they will meet with the owners of the Rite Aid property regarding a tear-down and three freestanding buildings, and received a pre-application for the Diaz Meadows subdivision that includes a new access across a culvert/bridge from Old Clifton Road; both remain at pre-application stage.
