Perkins approves higher spending limit and agreements to speed library construction
The City of Perkins authorized the Perkins Library project as qualifying under ordinance 5-14, increased the city manager's spending limit for the project to $100,000, approved a development agreement with the Perkins Industrial Development Authority and selected a contractor to repair the new library's north wall using T-Mobile grant funds.
