Port Washington plan panel approves TID for Vantage data center after hours of public comment

The Port Washington Plan Commission on Oct. 16 approved Resolution 2025-3 establishing the boundaries and project plan for Tax Incremental District Number 5, a financing district tied to the proposed Vantage Data Center campus. The commission passed the resolution by voice vote after a public hearing that ran into the commission’s agenda time and drew more than 30 public speakers.
